Bill Boylan became a believer in Jesus as a young man serving in the Armed Forces of the United States.

He has served God as a public school and technical institute teacher, as a medical administrator in the Veterans Administration, and as both a full-time and part-time member of both the active military, the reserve forces, and the National Guard. He is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) with a 70% disability incurred during his military service.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree, two Masters Degrees, and a Lifelong Learning Ph.D. degree.

Bill has taught the Bible and Bible-related courses throughout the United States and in other nations of the world. In addition, he has been a competent counselor, being a past member, for many years, of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). He has written five faith-based books and has another website, leservices.org, featuring many of his teachings in print—available for downloading at no cost to the reader.

He is married, with a growing family. He lives on the eastern edge of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, not far from the world famous Mount Rushmore.
